Placing your order
Place your custom sticker order online and upload your artwork using the button provided. No file yet? Email it later with your four-digit TAU number, just use the same email you ordered with.

Setting up your artwork
Once your artwork’s in, I’ll set it up based on your notes and send a proof if needed. After approval, I start printing. Standard turnaround is up to 5 working days, so check before ordering if you need it faster.

Popping and packing
Printed stickers are laminated for protection, cut to your custom shape, then popped out and checked by hand. Each set is packed into compostable bags, boxed securely, and made ready to ship.

Shipping out
Orders ship daily from the studio with DPD, UPS, DHL or Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you’ll get tracking details so you can follow your parcel until your custom stickers arrive at your door.

Once your artwork’s in, we’ll get it set up and send a proof if you’ve requested one. After that, it’s straight to print. Your stickers are laminated for protection, cut clean, checked by hand, and packed into compostable bags, no shortcuts.
When it’s ready, we ship daily with DPD, UPS, DHL or Royal Mail. You’ll get tracking details as soon as it leaves the studio, so you can follow it right to your door.

How does ordering custom stickers work?
It’s simple. Pick your product, choose the size and finish, upload your artwork, and checkout. We’ll handle the rest, setup, printing, packing and shipping.
Can I place an order without artwork ready?
Yes. You can still order now and email your artwork later. Just include your TAU order number so we can match it up.
Do I get a proof before printing?
If you request one, we’ll send a free digital proof for you to check before we print. Nothing goes to print until you’re happy.
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is up to 5 working days once final artwork has been received. If you need it faster, just ask, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What if there’s an issue with my file?
If we spot anything off, missing bleed, low resolution, or wrong colour mode, we’ll fix it or let you know before printing.
Can you help me set up my artwork?
Yes. We can help with cut lines, bleed, white layers and small adjustments to make sure your file’s print-ready.
Do you check every order by hand?
Yes. Every order is checked by hand before shipping to make sure everything’s printed, cut and packed properly.
How are orders packaged?
Stickers and labels are packed in compostable bags and shipped in sturdy boxes, so they arrive clean, flat and damage-free.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free worldwide shipping with tracking. Orders are sent via DPD, UPS, DHL or Royal Mail, depending on your location.
